node npm/scripts.js install
This script attempts to require a module "./getBinary" which seemingly returns a binary file or method. If there's an issue with requiring this, it will throw an error, unless 'fatal' is false. Later, it checks if "install" argument was passed to the script and if so, it tries to install the binary. This code is not inherently dangerous and doesn't seem to have any manipulation that can harm the system or steal information, given that './getBinary' script itself is secure.
